can't use owa

I believe I should be able to use OWA from outside the

LAN by entering

http://<server's static ip address>/exchange/

or

http://<server's static ip address>/exchange/<username>

into the Internet Explorer address bar, but it doesn't

work - I just get a completely blank web page. I can

access OWA internally across the LAN - can anyone shed

light on my puzzle?

    • Thanks for your suggestion Marina, but adding the "s"

      hasn't made any difference.

I'm using SBS 2000 by the way.

      Still stumped...

    • Have you forwarded port 443 from the router to the external nic-IP?
